Coming from a Kia EV6 which had paddles for granular regen and an i-Pedal mode I genuinely loved. Hopped into a mate's BYD at the weekend for a long drive and honestly, the regen has two settings: "barely anything" and "yanks your head off the headrest at low speed". Maybe I just didn't find the right menu, but the standard mode coasts way more than I'd want, and the strong mode is too aggressive for smooth city driving. There's no in-between, no creep adjustment, no proper one-pedal feel where you can actually come to a complete stop. Am I missing something obvious in the settings? Is there a third level buried somewhere, or an OTA on the way that brings paddle-style adjustment? I know it's a small thing, but I drive in town a lot and this is exactly the kind of detail that decides whether the car is daily-pleasant or daily-annoying. lol
